Tanner Care is a performance coach, educator, and consultant specializing in high-performance sport and athlete development across professional and collegiate environments. He has held leadership roles in Canadian professional sport, including Director of Performance positions with the BC Lions (CFL) and Vancouver Bandits (CEBL), where he oversees strength and conditioning, sport science, and integrated performance systems. In addition to his applied work, he is an active educator and consultant—presenting for organizations such as the NSCA and CSCA, contributing to industry publications, and advising within the Canadian Strength and Conditioning Association. He also serves as a Director with the Canadian Basketball Performance Network (CBPN), supporting the advancement of performance standards and collaboration across basketball in Canada.
